Screen readers
Software that reads the screen out loud for blind and low-vision users (tested on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and popular browsers)
Keyboard navigation
Making sure everything works without a mouse, using just the keyboard
Colour contrast checks
Ensuring text and buttons are easy to read for people with low vision or colour blindness
Zoom and resizing
Testing that pages still work and look clear when text is enlarged up to 400%
Page structure and labels
Checking that headings, menus, and page sections are clearly organised so that assistive technology can understand and navigate your site properly
